Invoicing and Online Payment

All the features except the statement of account are fully developed and tested. Statement of account reminders are being developed and re designed based on client feedback.

Create invoices automatically from your approved items in your quote and assign the percentage of approval you want the invoice to include.
Add or remove each invoice item or write custom items.
Send invoice by Gemma and monitor and observe the email progress and receive intelligence when they receive or open Gemma’s email.
Invoices due date are monitored by Gemma and overdue invoices trigger automatic friendly statement of account release to your clients for payment reminder.
Online payment option by Stripe payment gateway and immediate system update upon payment without the need to monitor your bank account.

Provided with a Quote Link which summarises all of your business credentials and your active services in a publicly accessible webpage.
Your clients can use this page to request services from Gemma and send you their project files and give you briefing.
Gemma will automatically create a client, contact person and project and assign it to the default project manager of the service.
Gemma emails with attached files and notifications to the project manager to study the documents and price the project.



Notes, Tags, History and Ratings

This feature is fully developed and tested

Add notes to every entity in Gemma accessible to all users.
Gemma also adds notes to the system upon status changes or other important events.
Give star ratings to clients and contact persons.
Searchable and colour-coded tags at the business or user level.
Service tags for project manager technical compartmentalising and organisation.



Documentation

This feature is fully developed and tested

Print professionally formatted PDF files for quotes, contracts and invoices.
The choice of business accent colour will style each document.
Documents being attached to emails sent for quotes, approvals or invoices.

100 GB of cloud storage accessible from project control panel.
Storage upgradeable to 10 TB by director users.
Project files compartmentalised by Revision.
Role based access control for users with Operator role. Only relevant Revision files accessible to the operator with an active Task in that Revision.
